Establish your Roots

Phase 1:  We will have weekly or biweekly sessions to establish strong foundations so that you feel empowered to maintain a healthy lifestyle and make needed changes. Your needs will be addressed holistically to support the varying healthy living skills you wish to develop.  After our initial meeting, I will have a better sense of your exact needs and will customize our sessions just for you!

Build Confidence 

Phase 2: Once you feel more confident in and beyond the kitchen, we can phase out my support as you work towards lasting changes.  Throughout our entire time together we will be collaborating to create an approach that works best for you. I can provide weekly meal plans, monthly check-ins, seasonal cooking lessons, etc.
